Now that I think about it, it’s so meaning less. Who invented this. Usually when someone say this to me, I would think about actually going somewhere. Not going into a relationship. What happen to “Will you be my girlfriend/boyfriend?” . Only like 10% of the guys and girls say that these days. I think it’s a much better phrase then “Will you go out with me?”. It’s not just a label you are putting on them, but also a promise. To cherish, and care for that person.
